Your website is to have no association with any illegal warez such as cracks, keygens, serials and patches, this includes links, articles, or hosted data.

You are 100% responsible for the content your website and web space displays and hosts.

You agree that by signing up to a maysspace plan you acknowledge that all informative content to be used on your website must be provided by you, the client. This includes pictures, paragraphs, links, downloads, banners, advertisements.

You agree that the content you provide is owned by you or you have permission from the respective owner to use it.

We are susceptible to add bandwidth limitations at any time for any given period if we find that abuse of our unmetered bandwidth policy has occured.

No copyrighted material will be uploaded onto your website or webspace unless you have permission from the respective owners.

Failure to comply with the Maysspace Terms of Service may result in your account withdrawl and your website removed without warning. This depends on the extent to which the Terms of Service is breached.

If you wish to terminate your account at Maysspace you must email billing@maysspace.com before payment ceases.

These terms are liable to change at anytime, and all clients will be notified if any majoy alteration to these terms occur.

In the event that your website is unable to be created for any reason you will be fully refunded on all expenses.

You agree that once a template has been purchased from our store, all major support and queries regarding the template are to be directed at www.templatemonster.com not maysspace.

If you wish to cease your subscription we have the right to distribute your designed template. You can however keep your domain name.
